Onsite Machining Services

J.L. Lucas Machinery features complete machining services and fabricating capabilities to support our remanufacture process and replacement part supply.

We also support our local customers with CNC milling, turning, as well as Blanchard and surface grinding. Onsite shaft repair includes flame spray welding and grinding up to 18” x 60”. Our fabrication department specializes in steel and stainless machine guarding, repair welding, and custom heavy duty machine fixtures.
